RESERVATIONS AND CONDITIONS
RATES: Firm rates are confirmed at the time of offering specific reservation dates. You may
always request information on rates for the different seasons. From May through October a Utility
Deposit of US$50/week, or US$150/month MAY APPLY for the air conditioning. Unused portion
is refundable.
DEPOSIT: When offering you a firm reservation and rate, a 30 % deposit is required to hold the
booking for rentals from one week up to three months.
For rentals of 4 & 5 months a one month deposit is due to hold the reservation.
FINAL PAYMENTS (Less deposit paid): For rentals from weekly up to two months, payment in
full is required 30 days prior to arrival. For rentals of three months, two months rental are due 30
days prior to arrival, the balance upon arrival.
For rentals of 4 & 5 months, two months rental are due 30 days prior to arrival. One month rental
is due upon arrival and after the first and second month after arrival.
PAYMENTS: You can make payments by bank wire transfer, bank draft,
or Credit Cards through PAYPAL at an additional service charge of 2 %
CANCELLATIONS: For cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival, a fee of US$ 150 is non
refundable, for cancellations up to 45 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is US$ 250, for
cancellations within 30 days the cancellation fee is US$ 600, or the full rental amount up to US$
600.
MAIDSERVICE: Weekly maid service is included in rental rates up to and including 5 months.
Linen and towel laundry is included for two people. If you have guest staying with you or a larger
party please pay the maid directly an additional US$ 15/week. Thank you. Additional maid service
is available at your request at an extra charge of US$ 20 per day of service through Leo, my
manager, who will make the arrangements.
TELEPHONE: I provide a cell phone for the use of the guests, which you will receive with the
keys. You can add the minutes at your discretion. You return it with the keys to Leo when you
depart.
