Nestled among lush, tropical hills, next to the river Rio
Cuale in the Old Town of Puerto Vallarta you find this
charming, cozy and quiet Condominium in a secured 15
units complex.
The cobblestone streets in this Mexican neighborhood
add to the romantic feel. Puerto Vallarta is also one of
the safest resorts you can find, and I have never felt
unsafe anywhere any time day or night.
Excellent shopping for fresh seafood, meats, vegetables,
and fruits is within a five-minute walk. The surrounding
area offers excellent restaurants. Within a block is public
transportation to all areas of town, the hotel zone,
department stores and the airport. Downtown is a 15
minutes walk and the Los Muertos Beach 25 minutes on
foot (10 minutes by bus). The Roof Garden of the
com;lex offer a Dipping Pool, Lawn Chairs with
Umbrellas, Pool Table, Bar, Toilet, an Exercise Area as
well as a Laundry Facility.
The Building was finished in 2004. My Condominium is
located on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have a
